The service

Family Updates is a private app for sharing family photos, milestones and a family tree with people you invite. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to create a family space. You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping your sign-in details safe.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you share. You give us only the permission needed to store and display it to your family members and to make backups. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful or harmful.

Payments

Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time. Prices shown on this website are placeholders until launch and no charges are made yet.

Ending the service

You can delete your family space at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue Family Updates we will give notice and time to export your content.

Liability

Family Updates is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
